Hindalco Bets Big on Premium Building Solutions, Targets ₹1,000 Crore Revenue by FY29
$HINDALCO is accelerating its presence in the premium building solutions segment through its aluminium windows and doors brand, Eternia, which is targeting revenue of over ₹1,000 crore by FY29. The business has delivered an impressive CAGR of nearly 65% over the last three years and has built a network of more than 170 channel partners across 100+ cities. To strengthen its position in North India, the company has launched a flagship Eternia experience centre in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi, and expanded its manufacturing footprint with a new 120,000-square-foot facility in Bilaspur near Gurugram. The plant has the capacity to produce up to 250,000 square feet of windows per month and includes a dedicated research and development centre along with a training hub to enhance industry skills and installation standards. Hindalco is positioning Eternia as a technology-driven alternative to conventional window systems, supported by its proprietary Duranium alloy, which is designed to offer higher strength and durability. The new facility is also expected to generate more than 300 jobs while improving delivery timelines for customers across North India, reflecting the company’s focus on capturing opportunities in India’s growing building and construction sector.
