HUDCO and JNPA Join Forces for ₹5,000 Crore Infrastructure Collaboration
Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (
HUDCO
) has entered into a non-binding MoU with Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA) to jointly explore opportunities in infrastructure development and project financing at Jawaharlal Nehru Port. The partnership, valued at around ₹5,000 crore, focuses on supporting both existing and upcoming port infrastructure projects through financing and refinancing initiatives. The MoU was signed in Mumbai on October 24 by HUDCO CMD Sanjay Kulshrestha and JNPA Chairman Unmesh Sharad Wagh, marking a strategic step toward enhancing India’s port infrastructure and boosting long-term development at one of the country’s key maritime hubs.
