HUDCO Executes ₹11,000 Crore Loan Agreement with APCRDA for Amaravati

The agreement, signed on March 16, aligns with HUDCO’s role as an NBFC-Infrastructure Finance Company, providing structured financing for urban projects. The company recently declared a second interim dividend of ₹1.05 per share and is set to exceed its ₹1.2 lakh crore loan book target for FY25, aiming for ₹1.5 lakh crore in FY26. CMD Sanjay Kulshrestha highlighted robust growth in housing and urban infrastructure, supported by the government’s ₹97,000 crore urban development allocation, including metro and industrial housing. While infrastructure spending in FY25 saw moderation, the outlook for FY26 remains strong, with HUDCO positioned for continued expansion in project financing. Technically, the HUDCO stock is currently trading at ₹188.62, with resistance levels at ₹192.12, ₹212.95, and ₹240.02, while key support levels are at ₹174.87, ₹170.00, and ₹159.40. The 100-day EMA stands at ₹214.38, the 9-day EMA at ₹182.38, and the 70-day EMA at ₹212.53, indicating that the stock is still in a downtrend but attempting a rebound. The Relative Strength Index (RSI) on the daily chart is at 51.30, suggesting neutral momentum, while the weekly RSI at 42.59 signals mild weakness. The stock has recently bounced from its support around ₹170 and is attempting to break the ₹192 resistance, which aligns with the 9-day EMA. A successful breakout above ₹192 could lead to further upside towards the ₹212-₹216 zone, where both the 70-day EMA and 100-day EMA are positioned.
