Infosys inks 10-year deal with HanesBrands for AI-driven digital transformation

has signed a 10-year strategic partnership with US-based apparel maker HanesBrands Inc to modernize its digital, business applications, and data operations. Leveraging its Live Enterprise Automation Platform (LEAP) integrated with Topaz – Infosys’ AI-first suite – the deal aims to simplify IT systems, boost operational agility, and enhance data value using generative AI and AIOps. The collaboration will also drive technology optimization, resource efficiency, and customer experience improvements as HanesBrands, the largest innerwear seller in the US with brands like Hanes, Bonds, Maidenform, and Bali, accelerates its digital transformation. Infosys, with over 320,000 employees across 59 countries, expects the partnership to deliver significant long-term business value.
