INFY
has secured a £1.2 billion (over ₹14,000 crore) contract from the NHS Business Services Authority to develop and manage a next-generation workforce management platform for the National Health Service in England and Wales. The 15-year agreement will replace the current Electronic Staff Record system that manages payroll and HR functions for 1.9 million NHS employees. The new AI-powered, data-driven platform will streamline recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and career management while supporting NHS’s long-term digital transformation goals. By leveraging its global expertise and Infosys Topaz AI capabilities, the company aims to enhance efficiency, improve workforce planning, and deliver a more intuitive user experience positioning Infosys as a strategic technology partner in one of the UK’s largest public sector digital initiatives.
