Announced Q4FY25 Results and Final Dividend.

shares rose 3% to ₹800 as the company reported a robust Q4 performance. Net profit rose 26% YoY to ₹358 crore, aided by a one-time gain of ₹45.68 crore, compared to ₹284 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue grew nearly 10% to ₹1,269 crore, while EBITDA stood at ₹385.5 crore, up 6.4%, though the EBITDA margin dipped slightly to 30.39% from 31.47%. Notably, IRCTC’s tourism revenue surged 37.7% YoY to ₹274 crore (vs ₹199 crore), driven by higher demand for domestic travel, expanded tourist train offerings like Bharat Gaurav and Dekho Apna Desh, strong tie-ups with state tourism boards, increased frequency of departures, and seamless digital bookings. Rail Neer revenue rose to ₹96 crore (vs ₹83 crore), web ticketing touched ₹372 crore (vs ₹342 crore), while catering held steady at ₹529 crore. For FY25, net profit jumped 18% to ₹1,315 crore and revenue reached ₹4,675 crore. The board recommended a final dividend of ₹1/share. IRCTC shares have gained 16% in the past three months.
