ITC Strengthens Organic Play with ₹472.5 Cr Acquisition of 24 Mantra Organic

has taken a decisive step in scaling its presence in the high-growth organic staples segment by acquiring 100% stake in Sresta Natural Bioproducts Pvt Ltd, the company behind 24 Mantra Organic, for a consideration of up to ₹472.5 crore. The deal involves an upfront payment of ₹400 crore and a deferred ₹72.5 crore, subject to performance-linked milestones over the next 24 months. Known for its fully traceable “farm-to-fork” supply chain, 24 Mantra Organic works with ~27,500 farmers across ~1.4 lakh acres of certified organic land spanning 10 states, offering over 100 SKUs including organic staples, oils, spices, and beverages. This acquisition is not just a portfolio expansion but a strategic entry into a segment aligned with sustainable consumption trends.
