JASH
is making a bold move by acquiring 90% of WesTech Process Equipment India, out of which 80% from WesTech LLC (USA) and 10% from employees, with the deal expected to close by September–October 2025. This strategic acquisition will help Jash enter high-potential industrial sectors like mining, metals, and paper, where its presence was limited. WesTech India will share Jash’s new production facility in Chennai with its Shivpad division.
The combined turnover of WesTech and Shivpad is expected to cross ₹100 crore in FY25, making Jash a significant player in both municipal and industrial water process equipment. With 5 manufacturing plants, 950 employees, and over 50% of revenue coming from exports, Jash is clearly gearing up for the next phase of growth.
Earlier this year, it also raised ₹41.58 crore from promoters and investors to support its expansion plans. This deal fits perfectly into Jash’s strategy of strengthening its position in India’s evolving infrastructure ecosystem.
