, through its subsidiary Energizent Power, has signed a 25-year PPA with NHPC for a 300 MW solar-wind hybrid project spread across Rajasthan and Andhra Pradesh, at a tariff of ₹3.49/kWh. The ISTS-connected project is expected to be commissioned within 24 months. With this agreement, JSW’s locked-in generation portfolio rises to 29.9 GW including 12.5 GW operational and 12.8 GW under execution—alongside 29.3 GWh of planned energy storage.
The company continues to move steadily toward its FY30 target of 30 GW generation and 40 GWh storage capacity. This deal highlights JSW’s strong execution focus and its strategic alignment with India’s energy transition goals, while ensuring long-term revenue visibility in a competitive tariff environment.
