The project advances in phases, targeting first-phase completion within 2.5 years at 2.4 million tonnes per annum capacity. Located 10 km north of Tete city, it connects logistically to Beira Port (450 km north) and Nacala Port (900 km southwest), supporting supply to Indian plants.
