Kalpataru Projects Bolsters Order Book with ₹989 Cr International Win

continues to build on its execution-led momentum, bagging fresh power T&D orders worth ₹989 crore in overseas markets. The win comes at a time when the company is riding on a strong Q4FY25 performance, net profit jumped 29% YoY to ₹218 crore on revenue of ₹7,067 crore, up 18.35%. EBITDA rose 18.9% to ₹538 crore, with stable margins of 8%. For FY25, KPIL clocked ₹22,316 crore in revenue, ₹2,031 crore in EBITDA, and ₹823 crore in PBT, closing the year with a net profit of ₹567 crore. Order inflows stood at ₹25,475 crore, taking the total order book to a healthy ₹64,495 crore as of March 2025. With net debt at ₹1,953 crore, the balance sheet remains manageable. This latest international order further enhances KPIL’s T&D footprint and underlines its ability to consistently win and execute large-scale projects globally positioning the company well in the infrastructure capex cycle.
