L&T Continues Strong Order Momentum with Another Ultra-Mega Project Win
Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has further strengthened its order pipeline by securing another ultra-mega order valued at ₹15,000 crore or more from ADNOC Offshore for a major offshore project in West Asia. The project will be executed through a consortium, with L&T Energy Hydrocarbon Offshore (LTEH Offshore) serving as the lead partner and handling the majority of the scope, including engineering, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning of new offshore facilities and the upgrade of existing infrastructure.
A significant share of the fabrication work will be carried out at L&T’s fabrication yards. With this latest win, L&T has secured seven major orders since July 20, comprising two mega orders (₹10,000–₹15,000 crore each), one large order (₹2,500–₹5,000 crore), two major orders (₹5,000–₹10,000 crore each) and two ultra-mega orders (₹15,000 crore and above each).
Based on the company’s order classification, the cumulative order inflow during this period is estimated to be between ₹62,500 crore and at least ₹85,000 crore, highlighting a strong execution pipeline. The announcement follows the company’s Q1 FY27 results, where order inflows exceeded expectations despite EBITDA coming in below estimates, while management maintained its financial year 2027 guidance.
The steady flow of large infrastructure and energy projects reflects continued business momentum and reinforces L&T’s strong position in executing complex engineering and infrastructure projects across global markets.
