's Heavy Civil Infrastructure business has secured a key order worth between ₹1,000 crore and ₹2,500 crore from JSW Energy for the 1,500 MW Bhavali Pumped Storage Project in Maharashtra. This large-scale project, spread across Nashik and Thane districts, includes building upper and lower reservoirs, water conductor systems, pressure tunnels, and an underground powerhouse. Pumped storage plays a crucial role in balancing power supply, especially as India increases its dependence on renewable energy.
