Larsen & Toubro Strengthens Realty Presence with Large-Scale Project Wins Across India

) through its Buildings & Factories (B&F) division, has secured multiple large real-estate orders across Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Karnataka, highlighting the continued momentum in India’s premium housing and infrastructure segment. As per the company’s classification, these projects fall under the “large order” category, valued between ₹2,500 crore and ₹5,000 crore. In Hyderabad, L&T will design and construct 10 high-rise residential towers reaching up to 180 meters with 55 floors and two basements, along with two clubhouses. In Mumbai’s Worli, the company has received an order to build a luxury residential tower rising up to 260 meters with 63 floors and five basements. Additionally, the Karnataka project includes the construction of premium residential villas, a luxury hotel, and related infrastructure. These wins further strengthen L&T’s execution pipeline and reinforce its leadership in India’s high-end urban infrastructure and real-estate development space, especially at a time when the company continues to maintain a strong order book and expansion momentum across core business verticals.
