Lemon Tree adds hotels in Surat and Haridwar

has signed two new properties to deepen its footprint in high-demand transit and religious markets, with a full-service hotel at Surat Airport and another in Haridwar managed via Carnation Hotels, its wholly owned subsidiary. The Surat Airport hotel is planned with around 100-plus rooms, dining, meetings and leisure facilities, positioning the brand to capture airport-led traffic in Gujarat’s rapidly growing textile and diamond hub. The Haridwar signing extends Lemon Tree’s presence in Uttarakhand, aligning with steady pilgrimage and leisure demand, and adds to its expanding pipeline in the state under the Keys Select and Lemon Tree flags.
