Lupin Advances TB Innovation and US Oncology Generics

. disclosed a strategic partnership with TB Alliance to support the clinical development and commercialization of Telacebec (formerly Q203), an investigational treatment for tuberculosis, leprosy, and Buruli ulcer. TB Alliance leads development, while Lupin provides manufacturing, regulatory, and supply chain expertise to broaden access in low- and middle-income regions.​ Concurrently, Lupin launched US FDA-approved Dasatinib Tablets, a generic equivalent to Sprycel (developed with Pharmascience Inc.), targeting Philadelphia chromosome-positive chronic myeloid leukemia and acute lymphoblastic leukemia in adults and children. The product addresses a US market with $930 million in sales for the 12 months ending October 2025.
