NBCC and HUDCO Partnership

and have signed two Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) on April 11, 2026, to jointly redevelop a prime land parcel of approximately 18,830 sq. meters at August Kranti Bhawan, located in Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi. The agreement outlines a comprehensive development strategy covering techno-economic feasibility, construction, project management, and monetization of built-up space, positioning the project as a value-unlocking opportunity in a key administrative hub. As part of the collaboration, HUDCO will provide funding support (subject to approvals), while NBCC will lead execution through its project management and consultancy expertise. Additionally, the partnership extends to asset monetization of NBCC’s self-sustainable projects, creating a structured funding and execution model for future developments. The MoU is valid for 2 years with periodic review, and project-specific agreements will further define execution details.
