NBCC Continues Strong Order Momentum with ₹801 Crore Domestic Project Wins
NBCC (India) Ltd has further strengthened its project pipeline by securing two domestic project management consultancy orders worth approximately ₹801.20 crore (excluding GST). The largest order, valued at ₹780.38 crore, has been awarded by the Reserve Bank of India for consultancy services related to the construction of an RBI office complex at Nelapadu and residential facilities for officers and staff at Inavolu in Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh.
The company also received a ₹20.82 crore order from the Odisha School Education Programme Authority to construct hostels under the DA-JGUA scheme across multiple districts in Odisha. While the execution timeline has not been disclosed, these wins mark NBCC’s third major order announcement in nearly two weeks, highlighting a steady flow of business. Earlier, the company signed a $75 million (around ₹650 crore) agreement with the Government of Seychelles on July 29 to develop 1,008 affordable housing units at Île Aurore.
Before that, on July 24, NBCC secured two additional orders worth approximately ₹108.85 crore (excluding GST), including a ₹88.43 crore project from the Directorate of Technical Education and Training, Odisha. The company’s consistent order inflow reflects sustained demand across infrastructure, housing and public sector development projects, providing healthy visibility for its future execution pipeline.
