NBCC Raises ₹1,468 Cr by Selling Aspire Silicon City Rights to AU Real Estate

!NBCC has sold the development and selling rights of its Aspire Silicon City Phase 4 project in Noida to AU Real Estate for ₹1,467.93 crore through an e-auction. The deal includes 446 high-end apartments across five towers on an 8.5-acre land parcel. These apartments will include large 3 BHK + Study and 4 BHK + Study units, some with private terraces and limited penthouses. The project also offers a G+4 clubhouse with premium amenities like a swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi, banquet halls, business centre, and open green lawns. It is located near key roads and metro stations in Noida and is close to schools, hospitals, and shopping hubs. Construction is being handled by J Kumar Infraprojects and designed by Gautam & Gautam Architects.
