, a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, has made headlines by generating ₹1,153.13 crore through the e-auction of 560 flats at Aspire Leisure Park, Greater Noida (West). This follows an earlier sale of 1,185 flats at Aspire Dream Valley Phase-III, which fetched ₹1,504.69 crore that is bringing the total to ₹2,657.82 crore in residential sales this week. The company earns a 1% marketing fee on these transactions. On the market front, NBCC shares climbed 3.66% to ₹90.20 on Friday after closing 5.28% higher at ₹87.01 on Thursday.
In parallel, the firm secured three new construction projects: a ₹46.69 crore court building in Gudivada, a ₹72.17 crore court complex in Bhimavaram, and ₹2.04 crore renovation work at TEC Building, New Delhi. Additionally, NBCC signed an MoU with RailTel on April 7 to collaborate on data centre projects across India and overseas over the next five years.
