NBCC Secures ₹3,700 Crore Urban Development Project in Rajasthan

(India) has been awarded a major contract worth around ₹3,700 crore by the Rajasthan government to design, build, and market large-scale urban development projects. The plan spans 95 acres of RIICO land on Tonk Road, Jaipur, and includes the Rajasthan Mandapam Convention Centre, Global Capability Centre (GCC) tower, IT Tower, luxury hotels, and commercial as well as residential infrastructure. The convention centre alone will cover 25 acres with a built-up area of over 2 lakh sq. metres and seating capacity for 7,000–7,500 people, positioning it as a world-class facility. This contract underscores NBCC’s strengthening role in state-led infrastructure and urban transformation.
