NBCC Secures ₹775 Crore Boost with Key Delhi Redevelopment Projects

NBCC
has strengthened its order pipeline after bagging redevelopment contracts worth ₹775.27 crore from the Delhi Development Authority for staff quarters in New Delhi. The projects cover Old Rajinder Nagar (₹437.79 crore, 117 dwelling units) and Safdarjung Development Area (₹337.48 crore, 152 dwelling units), taking the combined unit count to 269 homes. Executed under a project management consultancy (PMC) model, the redevelopment will follow a self-sustainable structure where part of the built-up area will be monetised in the market to fund construction, while the remaining housing stock will be handed over to DDA for staff use. The developments involve a planned built-up area of about 99,635 sq. metres at Old Rajinder Nagar and 65,925 sq. metres at Safdarjung.
