NBCC Strengthens Order Book with ₹83 Crore Projects While Delivering Strong FY26 Profit Growth
$NBCC has secured new work orders worth approximately ₹83.24 crore (excluding GST), further expanding its presence across residential and public infrastructure projects. The company received a ₹39.99 crore contract from Canara Bank for the construction of a residential building in Borivali West, Mumbai, a ₹5.51 crore order for the upgradation of the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister’s residence at Bungalow No. 1, Janpath, New Delhi, and a ₹37.74 crore project from Odisha’s F&ARD Department for the construction and expansion of veterinary hospitals, polyclinics, diagnostic laboratories, veterinary dispensaries, livestock aid centres, livestock resource centres and administrative facilities across multiple districts. On the financial front, NBCC reported a consolidated net profit of ₹253.5 crore in Q4 FY26, compared to ₹182.7 crore in the same quarter last year, while revenue stood at ₹4,559.8 crore versus ₹4,643.8 crore. EBITDA declined to ₹287.3 crore from ₹297.3 crore, with EBITDA margin moderating slightly to 6.3% from 6.4%. Profit before tax increased to ₹304.6 crore from ₹208.3 crore, supported by an exceptional gain of ₹80.1 crore related to the reversal of an earlier write-down in its Kochi real estate project. For the full year FY26, the company delivered strong growth, with standalone revenue rising to ₹9,755.3 crore from ₹8,730.6 crore and net profit increasing to ₹703.3 crore from ₹476.1 crore, reflecting continued execution strength and a healthy project pipeline.
