has secured a significant contract worth ₹2,062.71 crore from the Public Works Department of Assam for the expansion and modernization of Gauhati Medical College and Hospital in Guwahati. The infrastructure project will be executed over a 42-month timeline, comprising six months for demolition, planning, and design work, followed by 36 months of construction activities. Additionally, the contract includes a five-year comprehensive operation and maintenance phase covering civil work and service facilities. The company confirmed that neither its promoters nor the promoter group holds any interest in the awarding authority, ensuring the project remains outside related-party transaction frameworks. This order strengthens NCC's position in the healthcare infrastructure segment as the company continues its focus on diversified construction projects across India.
