NTPC Green Energy bags 1,000 MW solar project

has won a 1,000 MW solar project in the UPPCL auction at a tariff of ₹2.56 per unit, further strengthening its renewable energy portfolio. The company also partnered with Honeywell India to produce Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) using CO₂ from NTPC power plants and green hydrogen. In Q4 FY25, net profit jumped nearly 3 times to ₹233 crore from ₹81 crore last year, while revenue rose 22.5% to ₹622.3 crore compared to ₹508 crore.
