Q4FY25 and Technical Outlook
Q4FY25 standalone results showed a mixed bag, while revenue grew to ₹1,599 crore from ₹1,492 crore in Q3, and operating loss narrowed to ₹81 crore from ₹208 crore (improving OPM from -14% to -5%), the net loss widened to ₹580 crore from ₹205 crore, driven by a sharp decline in other income (₹-349 crore vs ₹169 crore), pulling EPS down to ₹-9.10 from ₹-3.22. For the full year, FY25 revenue dropped to ₹5,505 crore from ₹7,661 crore, and while expenses slightly eased to ₹6,986 crore from ₹8,698 crore, operating loss worsened to ₹1,481 crore from ₹1,038 crore with OPM slipping to -27%. However, net loss improved to ₹789 crore from ₹1,476 crore due to a jump in other income to ₹1,365 crore, leading to a better EPS of ₹-12.37 vs ₹-23.23.
On the technical front, the stock corrected ~5.9% to close at ₹814.85, dipping below its 100-day EMA at ₹834.07 which is indicating short-term weakness. The RSI at 46.52 is falling, showing weakening momentum, and the price rejection near ₹912.45 resistance followed by a breach below the 9 EMA adds to bearish sentiment. If pressure continues, the stock may test ₹784–₹760, with ₹729 as a key support. While it holds above weekly EMAs at ₹694.05 and ₹632.86, reclaiming ₹834–₹850 with strong volumes is crucial for a trend reversal. Until then, caution is warranted.
