PNC Infratech Secures ₹235 Crore Settlement Boost from NHAI

has signed a one-time settlement agreement with National Highways Authority of India under the Government’s Vivad Se Vishwas III scheme, through which the company will receive nearly ₹234.99 crore related to the Agra Bypass EPC project in Uttar Pradesh. The settlement resolves a long-pending contractual dispute linked to an arbitration award of around ₹485.27 crore, with the final amount including 45% of the awarded value along with 9% annual interest. The agreement was executed on May 12, 2026, and the payment is expected within 30 days, strengthening the company’s cash flow position, improving liquidity, and reducing litigation uncertainty.
