Purvah Green Power Secures 180 MW RTC Renewable Contract; 25-Year Tenure

Purvah Green Power Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of

., has received and accepted a Letter of Award (LoA) from REMC Ltd. to supply 180 MW of round-the-clock (RTC) renewable power. The LoA is dated 23 December 2025 and follows an open competitive bidding process for grid-connected renewable energy projects, with or without storage. Under the award, the supply contract will run for 25 years from the project’s commissioning date, providing long-duration revenue visibility once operational. Separately, CESC’s recent financial disclosure cited Q2 results showing net profit of ₹425 crore (up 20.4% YoY from ₹353 crore), revenue of ₹5,267 crore (up 12% from ₹4,700 crore), and EBITDA of ₹1,061 crore (up 18.4% from ₹896 crore).
