Reliance Q4 FY25 Earnings, Dividend Update & Key Technical Levels
reported standalone revenue of ₹1,32,962 crore in Q4FY25, up from ₹1,24,381 crore in Q3. Operating profit remained stable at ₹15,116 crore with OPM flat at 11%. Net profit rose to ₹11,217 crore from ₹8,721 crore, aided by other income of ₹5,577 crore. EPS improved from ₹6.44 to ₹8.29. For the full year, revenue slightly dipped to ₹5,17,349 crore from ₹5,32,511 crore in FY24, while operating profit declined to ₹58,069 crore (vs ₹74,420 crore), compressing OPM to 11% from 14%. Net profit came in at ₹35,262 crore, down from ₹42,042 crore, with EPS easing to ₹26.06 from ₹31.07. Despite margin pressures, the dividend payout was raised to 21% from 16%, with a final dividend of ₹5.50/share declared.
On the technical side, the stock is hovering near ₹1300.40, facing resistance around ₹1324–1330 — a key supply zone. It has rebounded from the ₹1180–1220 support, now trading above the 9-day EMA (₹1275) and 100-day EMA (₹1249), reflecting short-term strength. RSI is at 62, hinting at possible consolidation if ₹1324 isn't crossed decisively. Weekly charts suggest a potential trend reversal, with the next hurdle near the 100-week EMA at ₹1330–1340. A close above this zone could open the path to ₹1440–1450; failure to break out may keep the stock range-bound between ₹1240–1320. Momentum is picking up, but follow-through will be key.
