RITES Strengthens Global Presence with $2.9 Million Guyana Project and Strategic Mineral Pact

RITES
. has bagged a $2.9 million contract from the Government of Guyana for supervising the second phase of the East Bank-East Coast Road expansion. The 30-month project includes 18 months of construction supervision and 12 months for post-construction defect monitoring. This international assignment not only enhances RITES’ global project portfolio but also reflects its execution capabilities in infrastructure consulting. Alongside, RITES recently signed a non-binding MoU with
HINDCOPPER
to jointly develop a resilient and efficient mineral supply chain, with a focus on critical minerals. The partnership will explore end-to-end solutions from exploration to production, aligning with India’s long-term mineral security goals. Together, these developments mark a step forward in RITES’ strategy to blend global infrastructure expertise with strategic domestic collaborations without overextending financial commitments at the outset.
