Samvardhana Motherson takes full control of Turkish subsidiaries

MOTHERSON
has completed the acquisition of the remaining 25% stake in its two Turkish subsidiaries, securing 100% ownership as part of its global expansion drive. This follows recent acquisitions in Japan and aligns with the company’s ambitious target of reaching $108 billion in revenue by FY30, up from $25.7 billion in FY25, while aiming to double RoCE to 40%. In Q1FY26, SAMIL posted revenue of ₹30,212 crore, up 4.7% YoY, though net profit declined to ₹512 crore from ₹994 crore a year earlier. With management projecting that over 75% of incremental growth will be led by acquisitions, this move further strengthens its international footprint.
