Signature Global adds ₹6,000 crore project

Signature Global (India) Ltd has announced a 194.22-acre Farrukhnagar project with an estimated ₹5,500-6,000 crore GDV. The project could add around 6.77 million sq. ft. of developable area to its pipeline. The company has acquired 25 acres and entered collaboration agreements for another 169.22 acres. The planned project will feature luxury farmhouse villas with hospitality, leisure, sports and lifestyle facilities. The location is around 15 minutes from Dwarka Expressway, with access to the KMP Expressway. A proposed ₹365 crore four-lane upgrade of the Farrukhnagar-Gurugram road could further improve connectivity. My view is that the key value here is future pipeline visibility, not immediate earnings. Signature Global reported ₹1,970 crore of sales bookings in Q1 FY27 against ₹8,250 crore in FY26. The new project is meaningful relative to that scale, but its impact will depend on launch timing, pricing and booking absorption. I would watch project approvals, launch dates and quarterly bookings for confirmation. Signature Global closed at ₹788.85 on September 25, up 0.54% on the NSE.
