reported a 365% year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit for Q4 FY25, reaching ₹1,181 crore compared to ₹254 crore in Q4 FY24, mainly due to a one-time deferred tax gain of ₹600 crore. Revenue from operations grew 72.6% to ₹3,790 crore from ₹2,196 crore, supported by record deliveries of 1.55 GW, up 118% YoY. EBITDA rose to ₹693 crore from ₹357 crore, with margin improving to 18% from 16%. On a sequential basis, revenue increased from ₹2,975 crore and net profit from ₹388 crore in Q3 FY25.
For the full year, consolidated net profit more than tripled to ₹2,072 crore in FY25 from ₹660 crore in FY24, while revenue rose to ₹10,890 crore from ₹6,529 crore. Operating profit improved to ₹1,857 crore from ₹1,037 crore, and EBITDA margin rose from 16% to 17%. This marks a notable shift from FY22, when the company reported a net loss of ₹177 crore. The results indicate improved operational efficiency and financial stability, though the one-off tax gain significantly influenced bottom-line performance in the latest quarter.
