standalone Q4 FY25 results showed revenue at ₹5,965 crore, up from ₹5,731 crore in Q3 FY25 and ₹4,961 crore in Q4 FY24, indicating continued top-line growth. However, net profit declined to ₹409 crore, down from ₹978 crore in Q3 and ₹846 crore in Q4 FY24. EPS followed the trend, falling to ₹1.28 from ₹3.06 in Q3 and ₹2.65 in Q4 FY24. Operating profit stood at ₹1,008 crore with operating margin at 17%, lower than 20% in Q3 but stable compared to 15% in the same period last year. On a full-year standalone basis, Tata Power reported FY25 revenue of ₹22,359 crore versus ₹20,093 crore in FY24 and ₹17,728 crore in FY23.
Net profit rose to ₹3,133 crore from ₹2,230 crore in FY24, though slightly lower than ₹3,268 crore in FY23. EPS for FY25 was ₹9.80, up from ₹6.98 last year, while operating margins remained at 20% YoY. The company proposed a final dividend of ₹2.25 per share, with June 20 set as the record date and the AGM scheduled for July 4, 2025. Overall, the company delivered strong annual growth, but the sequential decline in profitability during Q4 suggests a need to monitor operational efficiency and cost trends going forward.
