Q4FY25 Consolidated Results

TATASTEEL
consolidated performance in the March 2025 quarter showed improvement, with revenue rising to ₹56,218 crore from ₹53,648 crore in December 2024 and ₹53,905 crore in September 2024. Operating profit increased to ₹6,559 crore, compared to ₹5,903 crore and ₹6,116 crore in the previous two quarters, while the operating margin held steady at 12%. Net profit for March 2025 stood at ₹1,201 crore, up from ₹295 crore in December and ₹759 crore in September. For the full year FY25, revenue was ₹2,18,543 crore, slightly down from ₹2,29,171 crore in FY24 and ₹2,43,353 crore in FY23. Operating profit for FY25 was ₹25,298 crore, higher than ₹22,248 crore last year but lower than ₹32,300 crore in FY23. Net profit improved to ₹3,174 crore in FY25, compared to a loss of ₹4,910 crore in FY24, though still below the ₹8,075 crore profit in FY23. EPS for the year stood at ₹2.74, recovering from a negative ₹3.55 in FY24, but behind ₹7.17 in FY23. Dividend payout was 131% in FY25, after a negative 101% in FY24 and 50% in FY23. Overall, while the last few quarters show a steady comeback, Tata Steel’s full-year performance is still below its strong FY23 levels. Follow me for more such posts, Thank You!
