THERMAX
has infused ₹115 crore into its wholly owned arm, First Energy Private Limited (FEPL), which in turn invested the same amount in its step-down subsidiary, First Energy 10 (FE10), to support upcoming renewable energy projects. FEPL, active in green solutions like solar, wind, hybrid models, and storage batteries for industrial and commercial clients, reported a turnover of ₹4,911.27 lakh in FY25, growing steadily from ₹1,551.30 lakh in FY23.
Meanwhile, FE10, incorporated in March 2024, will serve as a special purpose vehicle for new renewable energy ventures. Following this infusion, FEPL’s paid-up capital stands at ₹6,46.31 crore and FE10 at ₹135 crore. The transaction, carried out on an arm’s length basis without altering ownership or control, underlines Thermax’s continued push toward sustainable energy expansion.
