TVS Motor to Deploy 500 Electric Three-Wheelers in Tamil Nadu with OOR Cabs

has signed an MoU with Tamil Nadu-based OOR Cabs to supply 500 electric three-wheelers of TVS King EV MAX in across FY2025–26. The rollout begins with 10 vehicles already handed over in Trichy and another 10 to be delivered in June. The plan will later expand to cities like Madurai and Coimbatore. The TVS King EV MAX offers a 179 km range, quick-charging support, Bluetooth SmartXonnect, and added passenger features like thermal insulation, drinking water, and mobile charging ports. OOR Cabs aims to scale up steadily by adding 20–30 electric autos each month, focusing on tier-2 and tier-3 cities.
