Understanding Trendline Support
A trend doesn't move in a straight line. Even in a strong uptrend, prices often pull back before continuing higher.
One of the simplest yet most effective tools to identify these pullbacks is a Trendline.
A rising trendline is formed by connecting two or more Higher Lows.
As long as the price continues to respect this trendline, it indicates that buyers are stepping in at progressively higher levels, keeping the overall uptrend intact.
When price revisits the trendline and finds support, it often signals that the primary trend remains healthy.
How to trade it?
✔️ Draw a trendline by connecting at least two Higher Lows.
✔️ Wait for the price to approach the trendline rather than chasing the rally.
✔️ Look for bullish price action or a strong reversal candle near the trendline.
✔️ A bounce supported by higher volume adds confidence to the setup.
