has received a ₹265.25 crore GST show cause notice linked to Universal Comfort Products Ltd., a company it merged with in FY21, for the period FY19–FY21. The authorities are questioning short payment of taxes, and Voltas is currently reviewing the matter to respond within the deadline. This comes even as Voltas reported a robust Q4, with net profit rising 112.61% YoY to ₹236 crore and revenue up 13.44% to ₹4,768 crore. EBITDA jumped 97.12% to ₹343 crore.
