Waaree Energies to Sell 14.66% Stake in Indosolar via OFS

will reduce its holding in Indosolar by selling 61 lakh equity shares, representing 14.66% of the company’s paid-up capital, through an Offer for Sale (OFS) on September 18–19, 2025. The sale, with shares having a face value of ₹10 each, is aimed at meeting SEBI’s minimum public shareholding requirement. Non-retail investors can participate on September 18 (T-day), while retail investors will have access on September 19 (T+1). Antique Stock Broking Ltd has been appointed as the broker for the transaction.
