Analyst Sentiment and Valuation Eighty-three percent of analysts recommend a “Buy” rating on Lodha, with a consensus target price of ₹1,478.29, suggesting approximately 26% upside. The company’s valuation metrics, including a PEG ratio of 3.65 and a dividend yield of 0.36%, remain attractive relative to growth prospects. Outlook With record pre-sales, a landmark data centre MoU, and positive analyst consensus, Lodha Developers is poised to capitalise on India’s urbanisation and digital infrastructure growth.
