Transfer of Pipavav LPG terminal Aegis Logistics executed a Business Transfer Agreement with its associate, Aegis Vopak Terminals Ltd., on July 10 for the slump-sale of its newly commissioned Pipavav LPG cryogenic terminal. The static storage capacity is 48,000 MT, and the cash consideration was ₹428.4 crore. The move consolidates LPG terminalling under AVTL to drive synergies.
