HCLTech will provide AI-led managed services covering infrastructure and end-user operations for M Group, an essential infrastructure services provider. The programme will use HCLTech's AI Force service transformation platform and support M Group's operations across water, energy, technology, communications, transport and defence-related businesses. The size of the deployment is the key point here. The agreement covers more than 200 locations rather than a limited technology implementation, giving HCLTech a multi-site engagement across several business areas. My view is that the important question is whether this contract can translate into a broader stream of AI-led managed-services revenue. HCLTech already has a large global technology-services business, so a contract of this nature matters more if it leads to additional work across M Group's operations. I will watch for contract revenue contribution, additional scope from M Group and growth in AI-led services.
