) is emerging as an interesting combination of traditional customer operations and AI-led enterprise services. In Q1 FY27, revenue from operations more than doubled to ₹158.32 crore, compared with ₹69.01 crore in Q1 FY26. Profit rose 72.8% YoY to ₹16.31 crore, while EBITDA increased 91.5% to ₹39.38 crore, with an EBITDA margin of 24.9%. The more interesting part is the company's dual growth engine. The first is its global human-services business, strengthened by the full-quarter consolidation of Netcom BCC, its Latin American acquisition. The second is ResolX, its agentic AI business built around a Resolution-as-a-Service model. This creates an unusual combination for a small-cap technology company: an established services business funding growth while an AI-led platform attempts to build a newer revenue stream.
