L&T Expands Offshore Capabilities with Strategic Acquisition
Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has strengthened its offshore execution capabilities by acquiring the remaining 40% stake in L&T Sapura Shipping Pvt Ltd (LTSSPL) from Sapura Nautical Power Pte Ltd, making LTSSPL a wholly owned subsidiary.
