Netweb Technologies: Dip or Trap?

After a stellar 2024, Netweb Technologies

NETWEB
has seen a sharp -38% correction from its 52-week highs. The big question now—is this a buying opportunity or a warning sign? For context: Netweb is India’s only full-stack high-end computing company, offering made-in-India servers, storage, and AI systems at 10–15% lower cost than global names like Dell and HP. It services niche but fast-growing sectors like AI, auto, pharma, and FMCG, giving it a unique edge in India's tech manufacturing play. What’s Working for Netweb: Quarterly revenue and EPS have grown for the last 3 quarters straight. Good traction in recent results with a robust Rs 4,000-cr order pipeline. AI tailwinds: The GOI’s ₹10,000-cr IndiaAI mission could become a major catalyst, with analysts expecting AI-linked revenue to scale from 14% now to ~20% by FY28. New plant coming by FY27, expanding hardware capacity by +30%. High-performance computing (HPC) has massive long-term upside in India—think faster vehicle simulation in auto, advanced drug discovery in pharma, and faster R&D for FMCG. What's Holding It Back: The stock is currently below its 200 DMA, despite reclaiming its 20 & 50 DMA. FII and promoter holding slightly decreased last quarter, though there's no promoter pledge. Despite strong earnings, valuation was overheated, and this correction may simply be a healthy reset. Analyst Buzz: Monarch Networth has a target price of ₹2,450/share, which implies a +32% upside. Most agree: Netweb is well-positioned for FY26–28 as the AI + HPC story plays out, especially if it continues bagging public sector and defence contracts. Final Word: With a large addressable market, improving margins, and strong sectoral tailwinds, Netweb looks structurally sound. The recent dip has made valuations more attractive. For long-term investors, this may be a sweet entry point—if you believe in the India AI + tech hardware play.
