Sammaan Capital Q2 disbursements rise 55%
Sammaan Capital Limited (NSE: SAMMAANCAP) reported Q2 FY27 disbursements of about ₹6,000 crore, up from ₹3,875 crore in Q1 FY27.
Assets under management also crossed ₹59,000 crore as of September 30, 2026.
Key details
• Q2 FY27 disbursements: ₹6,000 crore, up about 55% QoQ.
• AUM increased to over ₹59,000 crore from ₹56,239 crore in June 2026.
• The company added more than 30,700 new customers versus 11,867 in Q1.
• Its distribution network expanded to 245 branches.
• The figures are provisional and subject to statutory auditor review.
My view
The strongest number is the 55% sequential jump in disbursements. Customer additions also increased sharply, suggesting that growth is coming from broader distribution rather than only higher ticket sizes.
However, AUM grew at a much slower pace than disbursements. That makes collections, repayments and asset quality important to track before concluding that the higher disbursement run-rate will translate into similar balance-sheet growth.
What I’m watching next
I will watch Q2 asset quality, net interest margin and whether disbursements remain near the ₹6,000 crore quarterly level in Q3.
Stance: Positive on business momentum, but asset quality and profitability will determine the quality of this growth.
Disclosure: I do not have any holding or position in the stock mentioned above.
