• Hero MotoCorp announced that its associate Hero FinCorp has filed an addendum dated Nov 17, 2025 to its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP). • The IPO will include a fresh issue + offer for sale of shares. • The addendum updates the DRHP with restated consolidated financials for FY25 and for the 6-month periods ended Sep 30, 2025 & Sep 30, 2024. • Hero FinCorp originally filed the DRHP on July 31, 2024. • The IPO remains subject to regulatory approvals & market conditions.
