Granules India tests ₹800 support after a pullback
GRANULES
India closed near ₹825.35 after a bounce from the recent ₹800 area, yet the chart has not fully repaired its short-term weakness. Price remains below the 20-day average at ₹837.77 and the 55-day average near ₹848.10. These two levels now form a close resistance band, and the stock needs to reclaim them before the recent pullback can be called complete.
The larger trend is still more constructive than the immediate setup: the advance from the spring base to the September high created a strong prior up-leg. The current correction is therefore best analysed as a test of whether that broader uptrend can retain its structure. ₹800–810 is the near-term support pocket. If it holds, the stock can continue to build a base; if it breaks, ₹780–760 becomes the next downside area to watch.
MACD is negative, with the MACD line near -12.36 below the signal line around -9.94 and a negative histogram. Momentum is therefore still soft despite the latest green candle. A move above ₹838–848 would be the first technical repair, followed by ₹870–880 as the next resistance zone. Granules sits in a classic pullback-versus-reversal test: support at ₹800 must survive, and price must reclaim the moving-average band before the larger bullish structure can regain credibility.
