Oberoi Realty faces resistance below ₹1,760

Oberoi Realty closed at ₹1,703, holding above the day’s low but still below both key moving averages. The 20-day average is near ₹1,759.91 and the 55-day average around ₹1,807.63, placing a broad ₹1,760–1,808 supply zone above the market. The recent sequence has been volatile, yet rallies have repeatedly failed before reclaiming these references, keeping the short-term trend corrective. The latest candles are clustering around ₹1,690–1,705, which is the immediate support shelf. If this zone holds, the stock can continue to consolidate after the September decline. A close below ₹1,690 would weaken that case and put the ₹1,650 area back into focus. The broader price history also shows that ₹1,800–1,850 has become an important region where earlier support has turned into resistance.

MACD remains negative: the MACD line is about -33.13, below the signal line near -29.19, with a negative histogram. That confirms that downward momentum has not been repaired. A first improvement would be a move above ₹1,760, while a more meaningful trend reversal needs price to recover ₹1,808 and begin building higher highs. For now, this is a stock attempting to form a base below declining averages. The practical test is simple: defend ₹1,690, reclaim ₹1,760, and only then look for a move toward the larger ₹1,800-plus resistance zone.
